Previously reviewed March 17, 2008 - and still the best chocolate chip cookie ever. I've been making these for years and years. These are the cookies my kids' friends always looked forward to every time they came over when they were growing up. But I can't stress enough that the original recipe calls for 1/4 cup LESS all-purpose flour and is baked in 1/4 cupful size! (This is why they're called Chewy JUMBO Chocolate Chip Cookies!) I also add 1/2 tsp. salt.
