Fish Tacos
I used the white sauce from this recipe and it is awesome! Instead of fried fish for the tacos I sauteed some shrimp and cod in garlic and olive oil to use instead.

Sausage & White Bean Soup
This soup is awesome! I used mild italian turkey sausage and it still had great flavor and cuts down on the fat.
