Since the flavor improves if the vegetables are given time to marinate in the vinaigrette, we chilled these three components separately: extra brined-and-grilled chicken breasts from last-night's dinner; quinoa cooked first thing in a.m. in broth in a veggie steamer; and veggies chopped while quinoa steamed then added to zip-bag with the dressing. No hassle dinner after work!
