Chicken Stir-Fry

This was so good, good, good! I've been so afraid to try a recipe like this but it was so easy! I followed recipe exactly except for doubling the sauce to account for all the veggies I put in it. A++++!

My Chili

I wish I could give this 10 stars! It's so versatile - make it HOT, medium, or mild. I make this a lot for parties and always am asked for the recipe. If you are looking for an easy chili recipe that is absolutely delicious, stop looking - you've found it.

Calico Beans

I could have done cartwheels when I tasted this! I took other's advice and used black beans for a more calico look. Did not use pork and beans tho. My husband (who hates baked beans) begrudgingley tried these....and LOVED them!!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Olive Cheese Bread

This is great, have been making this for a couple years now. I also do a rough chop on a bottle of green olives and chives and put in a TBLS of minced garlic. Awesome!

Taco Seasoning I

Great! I made exactly as stated except used cayenne instead on crushed red pepper flakes b/c I didn't have any. The seaoning is a bit spicy when tasted alone, I thought it might be but wanted to see how it was as stated. The spiciness did not affect the outcome of my tacos. Great, Great, great!! I'm thrilled by all the $$ I'll save by making this staple with spices I always have in my cupboard! Thank you so much! -Little Mexican girl trapped in a Norwegian's body.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These were my very first attemt at brownies. I made them as stated and they turned out pretty good. I thought they were way too intense. Next time I will leave the chocolate chips out. If you can't get enough of chocolate, this is the recipe for you.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

This was outstanding! It was a hit with the whole family and so easy to make. The only difference I made was I used Sweet Bay Ray's BBQ sauce instead of ketchup and also puit it on top with about 15 minutes of cooking time left. Great, great, great!
