About this Cook
I grew up in California. I attended Culinary school and have always enjoyed cooking. My wife and I love hosting family get togethers and we always try different foods and themes. Good food, good friends and good Wine... what more could one ask for!
My favorite things to cook
Steak De Burgo is my wifes favorite dish that I make.I probably enjoy baking breads more than anything
My favorite family cooking traditions
CHRISTMAS! Thats what cooking is all about. We pull out all the stops. We Usually host a Christmas Eve gathering and on Christmas Day we have a wonderful breakfast with pastries, breads, cookies, assorted meats and sweets.
My cooking triumphs
My first family gathering that I hosted... Everyone raved about the cornish game hens I cooked followed by a huge English Sherry Trifle... good time.
My cooking tragedies
I made a big Italian dinner but got a late start on my Tiramisu dessert... it didn't have enough time to set up. We had played up how good this dessert was going to be and it was almost runny... depressing!

Three Cheese Manicotti II
Good recipe, I use a nice meaty marinara over the Manicotti if you use a large pastry bag with no tip you stuff the shells pretty fast without tearing.
