Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This was so easy and so delicious. My husband hates fish but this time he loved it! Next time I will double the sauce so that I can put it on the rice and veggies that I made as a side.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I made this recipe as written and it turned out great. My local store was out of chili beans in spicy sauce, so I just used regular chili beans...so the chili just didn't get as spicy. I made it the night before on the stove top and then transferred to a crock pot to simmer the next day. This chili has a great consistency and the flavors are wonderful!

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup
I sauteed the chicken in garlic, olive oil, and a touch of red pepper. I put that to the side and sauteed the onion, celery, and remaining garlic until soft. Then I added everything else according to the original recipe. The peanut butter was weird, but it ended up tasting really good! I will make this again because it is a really healthy, hearty, and tasty soup!
