I used Yves veggie ground round, and used some BBQ sauce in with the ketchup rather than the brown sugar added later. I also used one clove of actual garlic, grated. The veggie ground round doesn't need to be cooked - just heated - so I fried the onion and green pepper, added the other ingredients, then lastly the veggie ground round. Heat and eat! It was great!
