I could not find Phyllo OR Eggroll wrappers anywhere here so I used a puff pastry sheet. WAY too bread-Y for me but not for anyone who likes bread. The filling is good and even better if you drizzle some sesame oil on it. I look forward to making these again once I find they phyllo. Happy Chinese New Year 2013...year of the snake
