Succulent pork loin chops are paired brilliantly with slices of tart apple cooked in a satin-smooth sauce of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. A few chopped pecans over the top make this a delectable autumn entree.

This is a rich and hearty lentil curry, great as a main meal rather than as a side dish like the more traditional Indian dhal. Don't let the ingredients list phase you, this really is an easy dish to make. This dish is great served with basmati rice.

Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap is Korean for Hot Stone Bowl with Mixed Rice - oh, and vegetables, and meat, and egg. My 'go to' favorite Korean dish, next to haemul pajeon and Bulgogi. I'm a bit carnivore so my version has about 25% more meat than the traditional version. Mmmmmm, cow!

Made with mini marshmallows, this tasty rolled fondant is easier than a traditional boiled fondant.
