Shepherd's Pie II

Shepherd's Pie II

This is a very tasty recipe. I used a package of frozen peas and carrots and I had some leftover corn on the cob. I cut the kernels off and it added a nice sweet and crunchy texture. I also used about a half a can of beef broth because it seemed a little dry without it. I mixed all the veggies with the meat instead of layering. My family really liked this recipe. Thank you
