I beat the meringue too much to pipe it on in little peaks like planned, so I used a large ziplock bag to squeeze it out in a spiral (spreading it with a spoon can get it mixed with the pudding). I then smoothed out the spiral and used the spoon to make little mountains seen above. If you leave the meringue smooth, it will tan evenly, which is not as visually appealing. However you do it, it will taste delicious!
