Seasoned Cottage Cheese

If anyone ever went to the Alpine Village Inn in Las Vegas years ago before they closed, this is the dip they served before the meal. No, it's not your normal sour cream/mayo based dip, but it is delicious!

Jackie's Special Meatloaf

Although it might have been the salt-free seasoning I used this meatloaf had a weird flavor to it. I like the idea of the panko, though, and might try to doctor it up a little bit in the future.

We thought this was just okay. The flavors for me didn't mesh together that well and were very understated. Thanks for the recipe, though I'll continue to look for another marinade.

Applesauce Noodle Kugel

Sukhothai Pad Thai

Delicious! I was hesitant to try to create Pad Thai at home, but this recipe nails it. I did use the substitutions mentioned in previous reviews for the tamarind pulp and oriental radish but otherwise followed the recipe. Thanks!

Zucchini Yogurt Multigrain Muffins

Very moist! I substituted apricot/mango fruit at the bottom yogurt for the plain yogurt and cut back a little on the sugar. I think the temperature was a little hot so next time I would back it down to 375.

Tommy's Ham Casserole

Had to change it a bit - used pepper jack soup instead of the cream of mushroom, a little more cheese and then topped it with crushed tortilla chips. But with those changes everyone in the house except for my picky eater liked it. Thanks!
