Absolutely marvelous! I still can’t believe that potato chips can be made in a microwave! I made them and they looked like Cape Cod Potato Chips and tasted even better! I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil as well as freshly ground salt & pepper. Who knew that it could be this easy? Thank you so much for sharing!
