YUM-O Chili!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Best Chili recipe ever! mmm! I always made chili the way my mother showed me, which is similar, but with no salsa added. The salsa really livens it up! I even called mom up to tell her about the addition. I'm vegetarian so I use morningstar farms veggie crumbles. I cook them first with onion and diced garlic right in the pot, then add everything else in and let it simmer. I somtimes add a bit of hot sauce, I moved to texas and am trying to get use to the heat! I also use a can of black beans for variety. Sometimes we eat it over Veggie hot dogs with cheese. Even the boyfriend loved it. YUM!
