I made these and a variety of other muffins for my last day at work. These were the best by far! I made a lemon glaze to drizzle on top. (Juice from two lemons and about 3/4 C pwd sugar added slowly. These were soooooo good with the glaze! Unfortunately I took the pic before I had the glaze idea... :-(
