Baked Chicken with Peaches

The Chicken used were boned thighs cut into 2 inch pieces and instead of using gound cloves, six whole cloves were added to the recipe. I used the recommended sauce to pour over the chicken on a bed of rice. All enjoyed and it has become one of our favourite receipes.
