This is perhaps the 6th time I've made the cookies. They don't take long; just a little refridgeration before rolling, cutting the circles and then in half, and using a knife and my hand to transfer them to baking sheets. Mini chocolate chips are used here, and a basic powdered-sugar/lemon juice/6 drops of green food coloring around the edges (I use a small bowl and roll the cookie edges in it). The lemon icing goes very well with the cookies.
