Cilantro Rice Stuffed Meatloaf
I made this for dinner last night. Flatten the meatloaf and spread the cilantro rice over it evenly, then roll up the meatloaf. Top with tomatoes and I drizzled lightly with my special teriyaky sauce...This is before cooking.
