The first time I used this recipe the muffins were heavy and doughy. This time, I added to this recipe as was suggested in its comments. I added 2 teas. baking soda and increased sugar to 3/4 cup. They're yummy and much lighter and fluffier. The have the delicious sourdough taste with chocolate chips. They are delicious.
