You will need a lot of powered sugar and patience to cut these out of your cooled sheet of marshmallow. I had to re-coat the cookie cutter after every cut and rinse it off after every 5-6 cuts. For that reason, I rotated through five different snowflake-shaped cookie cutters. These are absolutely gorgeous in a mug of hot chocolate.
