I made the recipe strictly according to the recipe. During the last step of adding the vanilla extract though, I considered that next time I might try some Chocolate extract, to go for something like "Reese's" flavor fudge.

Photography Notes: Using my digital camera, I zoomed in on the carefully plated fudge placed on a white surface. The editing steps were very simple since there was enough light on my surface. I simply cropped some empty white space at the top and resized the image to 600 pixels wide to reduce the file size.
