This salad is a keeper! I didnt have white pepper so I used black and I didnt have feta cheese so I shredded 1 cup of provolone. I also used fresh basil. I used 1/4 lb of proscuitto cooked slightly. I also did not add the pine nuts and it is fabulous. I would also add chicken to this recipe (if I didnt have proscuitto) and it would be a nice summer salad/dinner. Would definately make again.
