my first attempt, I stuck to the original recipe with the exception of inverting to the serving plate after the 1 hour cooling .

Photography Notes: YUMMY!!!!! I inverted the flan while a wee bit warm (1 hour) onto the serving platter because I never made this before and was afraid the caramelized sauce would stick to the bottom of the pan. Perhaps I will wait next time and follow the instructions. However it is lucious and creamy and OHHHH SOOOO GOOD!!!!!
