I added a generous helping of butter to the bottom of the pan when I read several others had difficulty making this cake turn over correctly. I also added more brown sugar and covered the one pan with pineapples everywhere. MAKE SURE YOU TURN THESE CAKES OVER RIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN....Leave the pan on till cool. Let gravity work its magic. This came out beautiful and tasted great. This picture is from the first time I made this recipe.
