I rolled it in crushed vanilla wafers instead of nuts. This was the biggest hit at the baby shower where it was served. Everyone said it was so addictive! It was very soft and hard to form into a ball...so next time I might alter the ratio of cream cheese to butter a little. But the taste is fabulous as is.
