Southern Fried Chicken Breast Dinner!
This was the first successful Fried Chicken dinner I ever prepared. The scald on the chicken was delicious and crispy! The mashed potatoes were just ever so slightly lumpy (like all good southern mashed taters should be) and the green beans were *finally* cooked all the way through. I should've served it with some white wine....but an inexpensive yet FINE red wine was nice on this cold evening!

Photography Notes: I placed the chicken in a ziplock bag with flour salt and pepper and various secret ingredients and closed the bag and shook like crazy! The mashed potatoes were mashed with a big spoon (my mizer was broken lol)...and you'll notice I leave the red peel ON! The beans were steamed in some butter with a couple strips of bacon and a dash of salt. DELICIOUS>!
