When I first saw the recipe, I knew I had to make it. I mean, 2 1/2 lbs. of cream cheese? Who can resist an extremely thick cheesecake like that?

Photography Notes: I'm sorry it's not the best photo, and it really doesn't do the cake justice. You really need to make it to believe how amazing this cake is.
