Simple Syrup

Looks like plain old sugar and water, doesn't it? That's cause it is. Hah! Sorry, couldn't resist being a bit of an idiot. I feel silly putting in up as a pic, but I made it. So I have to take a pic! And of course I have to share the pic. . . .Putting it in sorbet so made 1/4 cup of it.
