Vidalia Ranch Pizza

I used Jay's Signature Pizza dough recipe from this site. I used half the dough and baked it in my cast iron skillet to give it that deep-dish feel. Delicious! The only changes that I made to the original recipe were to add some minced garlic and a bit of caynne for a tiny kick.
