Italian Cookies I

My mom is 100% Italian, so I grew up with Italian food. Our Italian cookies are called Tatala & have lemon flavoring with confectionary sugar & water frosting. I love Tatala, but my (German) husband doesn't. He does like these, as does everyone who tries them.
