Pork Noodle Soup

Pork Noodle Soup

I did double the recipe just because I love soup on gloomy days. I didn't have an fresh asparagus on hand so I diced up a red bell pepper. I thought it added a nicer arrangement of flavor and color. I used some leftover pork roast that was already shredded. I also added some chopped green onions for garnish.
