Pretty much stuck to the recipe. Used one package of brest tenderloins. Marinated overnight. Used Malabar Masala Curry Powder from Singapore. Added snow peas and sliced sweet red pepper before baking. Needed to extend bake time to 12 mins covered, 20 mins uncovered. Sauce great over white or brown rice. Delicious!
