NAU Cake (2 of 2)

NAU Cake (2 of 2)

This is part of my three dimensional edible sculpture that I did as a genre translation of my argument paper (about the rise of the North American Union and the loss of U. S. Sovereignty). This was a yellow cake with strawberry filling, with a vanilla buttercream frosting. The recipes for all three components of this cake came from The King Arthur All Purpose Cookbook, and the King Arthur 200th anniversary cookbook. People told me this cake was the best cake they ever tasted. Now if I could only learn to decorate better!
