Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce- Liquid Fire

Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

I made a double batch, so those are two 24 oz. jars of liquid fire ready to go into the fridge for a little mellowing. I only used 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard, and added a teaspoon of liquid smoke. Otherwise, followed the recipe... I was liking the bright fiery orange color of the habaneros and peaches, then when I added the dark molassas every thing turned reddish brown... Oh well. Maybe I'll try corn syrup next time to see if I can keep that bright orange! This sauce is sooo gooood! sweet hot and delicious, and then those habaneros sneak up on you and yeeHAAA! hold onto your hat!
