I melted the butter (like another reviewer suggested) then mixed in Old Bay, lemon juice, fresh parsley, minced garlic, pepper, sea salt, paprika, and cinnamon. I am usually a stickler for measuring, but since I was only cooking one piece, I just eyeballed to taste. I poured/spread the mixture over the fish. With 10 minutes left, I added some bread crumbs and Parmesan. When it was done, I switched to broil to crisp the top for a minute or two.
