Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

I chopped up the chicken into small pieces, so it would cook faster. I also changed up the ingredients some. I used mushroom spaghetti sauce since that's all I had on hand. I only used 1 TBS of taco seasoning instead of the whole package. No cumin because I didn't have any. Since it dried out while cooking, instead of adding water, I used a bottle of Blue Moon beer. I added some fresh parsley. I also added Old Bay seasoning, which I think gave it an additional kick.
