I followed the comments previously posted and melted the butter first. I used 4 tbsp of butter. I added 1/4 c. of lemon juice, garlic and onion powders, old bay seasoning, and black pepper to the melted butter. I placed the tilapia in the dish with 1 16oz. bag of frozen broccoli then poured the butter mixture over the entire dish. I removed it from the oven at 24 minutes which was perfect time for tender-crisp broccoli and "just-flaky" fish. This was an awesome recipe that was quick, easy, and tasty. I will definitely use it again and experiment with other veggies. It was a fantastic way to put a healthy, yet scrumptuous, dinner on the table in under an hour. I served this dish with japanese style fried shrimp (which downgraded the health rating of the meal, LOL) and my family all had seconds! Huge QUICK success!
