These were genius. Didn't change the recipe, except I think the filling was meant to call for one jar of marshmallow cream instead of one cup. That's what I did, because I didn't know what else to do with the rest of the jar, and it was exactly the right amount for the cookies. Didn't like the cookies by themselves, but with the filling, they are divine. Pour yourself a glass of milk and put on Bill Harley's CD "Weezie and the MoonPies" while consuming these with your kids.
