Irish Soda Bread in a Skillet

I love this bread! Added 1/4 cup of sugar and a little cinnamon and baked for 22 minutes. It's small but lasted a long time because it's more dense, and allowed us to cut thinner slices (delicious with boysenberry preserves!)
