Made the recipe as written. Froze leftovers and heated them up in the toaster the next time I was "in the mood" for waffles. YUM!

Photography Notes: All the pics I took of the waffles were over-exposed, and the food looked washed out. So I used a hand-held mirror to deflect the light from the flash away from the food. I found that trick really brings out the texture and color.
