I wish this would have come out more clearly! I used 3-9" pans and cooked for 25-28 min. Green food color and cocnut dressed up the outside & orange food color in the cream cheese frosting between layers made for a festive presentation.

Photography Notes: My web camera just doesn't do this cake much justice. It's a 3-tiered beauty that is actually quite vibrant.
