Pro Ganache

I use half milk chocolate melts and half Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate. I also quarter the recipe which makes a perfect amount for a single 8 or 9 inch cake. This is pictured on the divine Dark Chocolate Cake I recipe, also from this site. =D
