Home made sushi
Made sushi for a small gathering of friends. Give sushi a try it really was not all that hard to do. Be sure to buy the sushi quality fish. For those that are scared to use raw fish there are many ways to have sushi and still use cooked ingrediants. A California roll has all cooked fish ( a huge favorite for sushi beginners. Try it, you'll like it.
