Meatloaf With A Bite

We loved this meatloaf. I did make a few changes. I added italian seasoning bread crumbs (that was all I had), and hot salsa. But also only one cup of salsa. Turned out great! It did start to fall about a little bit, but that was ok. Since I used hot salsa it gave it a nice hot taste! Also very easy to make. LOVE THIS RECIPE!
