Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

I doubled my stuffing 6oz aldi ch. stuffing mix and roasted 2 bone in ch brst. with garlic pd., s/p for 350 for 45mins then cooled and chopped. I used one full can evaporated milk since I doubled the stuffing. and mixed all the ingredient instead of layers came out beautiful. And very moist. I served with garlic mashed potatoes secret recipe from this site. and big fat chewy cho chip cookies. Great meal my family devoured it. Hope you enjoy this meal as much as we did. a must try.
