Fruit roll ups were used to decorate this cake to look like a present.

Photography Notes: After getting "ribbons" on the cake, fruit roll ups are brushed with water and then sprinkled with raw sugar. To get the "bow" use 3-4, 3" strips of fruit rollup (or fold over several times) and then curl into an O shape and place on the cake
