I added finely shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and 2 slices of lunch ham to each roll-up. Served them at a wedding reception for 200 people! They were a hit! These are GREAT to serve at any gathering; wedding, shower, graduation, tailgate, holiday, etc. This is now part of my catering collection!
