Chicken with Vegetable ribbons in papillote
I put chicken breasts in a foil pouch with shallots, and zuchini and carrots that i cut into "ribbons" with a vegggie peeler. I mixed the veggies with butter, white wine, garlic, white pepper and italian seasoning, put the veggie mix on top of the chicken, baked in the foil pouch at 400 for 20 mins. Served with a lemon butter, shallot, garlic and white wine sauce. Super easy, and beautiful presentation. You can use fish and other spices, adjust to your taste!
