Wedding Cake Frosting

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY - Wonderful consistancy as you can see from the photo. Tastes GREAT! This was a half batch and I used 1 teas. vanilla, and 1/2 teas. almond extract. We love flavor! My 2 year old and I had a great time making the cake and even more fun licking the spoon! Thanks!

Photography Notes: I did beat the ingrediants 7 minutes before adding the other half of the powdered sugar. You must do this step, the mixture turns thick and creamy.
