White Chocolate Amaretto Cake

I am not good with Bunt Cake and I don't have a Bunt pan, so instead I used two 9" round pans instead and layered them with a layer of topping in between. I've read a few reviews saying it was hard to get out of the Bunt Pans, so if that is your concern, use the 9" rounds. The cake came out so easy!!
